摘要
采用拉伸、硬度、显微组织观察等方法,研究了热处理对挤压态Mg-Sm合金组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,实验合金经T5处理后的硬度高于T6处理的,热处理后弥散析出的强化相提高了Mg-Sm合金的力学性能,尤其是提高了屈服强度。Mg-Sm合金T5处理峰时效时的σb达到217.4 MPa,σ0.2达到162.1 MPa,δ为13.1%。
The effects of heat treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg-Sm extruded alloy were investigated by tensile test and hardness measurement.The results show that the hardness of the alloy after T5 treatment is higher than that after T6 treatment.After heat treatment,the mechanical properties,especially the yield strength of Mg-Sm alloy are improved by dispersedly separated strengthening phase.After T5 treatment,the tensile strength,yield strength and elongation of the Mg-Sm alloy reaches the peak 217.4 MPa,162.1 MPa and 13.1%,respectively.
