T cell exhaustion and hepatitis B virus persistent infection

摘要 T细胞耗竭及活性降低是导致HBV持续感染的关键,明确HBV持续感染过程中T细胞变化的特点在HBV感染免疫治疗方面有着重要的研究价值,此文就T细胞耗竭的特点及与HBV持续感染的关系作了综述。 T cell exhaustion and incapable of T cell effector activities play an important role in hepatitis B virus persistent infection. This review is mainly about the characteristics of T cell exhaustion and its relations with HBV persistent infection.
