摘要
用英国制造的HYSCAN Ⅱ测氢仪, 试验研究了铝合金精炼时的除气和再吸气过程, 并对其机理做了分析, 建立了氢原子运动模型。试验发现, 铝熔体精炼后, 静置一段时间才达到最佳除气效果。静置所需时间和熔体表面状态有关: 精炼后立即扒去表面浮渣, 静置5 ~6 分钟为最佳; 带渣静置, 一般为10~12 分钟。铝熔体应当在达到最佳除气效果时浇注。
The course of degassing and reabsorption of refined aluminum melt has been investigated by using HYSCAN Ⅱ hydrogen determination apparatus and its mechanism was also analyzed,thus establishing the kinetic models of hydrogen atoms.The experimental results indicated that the holding time is necessary for aluminum melt to achieve optimum degassing effect and the holding time is associated with surface conditions of aluminum melt.The best holding time after refinement and removal of fluxes is 5~6 min. and the holding time with fluxes is 10~12 min.The aluminum melt should be poured when the best degassing effect is achieved.
