铸模CAD/CAE/CAM/RPM一体化技术的研究与应用

Research and Application of CAD/CAE/CAM/RPM Incorporate Technology for Casting Die

基于三维特征造型技术， 对铸造模具ＣＡＤ／ＣＡＥ／ＣＡＭ／ＲＰＭ 一体化系统进行了设计；采用ＳＴＬ文件格式实现了ＣＡＤ与ＣＡＥ、ＣＡＤ与ＲＰＭ 之间的数据信息交换。实际运用表明， 该一体化系统的设计合理， 实现技术可行， 能有效运用于实际铸造模具的设计、分析与制造过程。

Based on 3D feature modelling technology,an incorporate system of CAD/CAE/CAM/RPM for cas ting die was designed,data information transfer between CAD/CAE and CAM/RPM can be achieved using STL file format.The application showed that the incorporate system features reasonable design and feasible technique which can be used widely in design,analysis and manufacturing process of casting dies.
