肛管腺鳞癌伴双侧腹股沟淋巴结转移1例 被引量：2

摘要 患者男性,44岁,发现肛管肿块3个月余。3个月前,患者排便时偶尔发现肛管有一肿块,当时未予特殊处理,此后该肿块疼痛日渐明显,1周前,患者在外院就诊,拟诊为＂肛管脓肿＂,给予抗炎治疗1周,疗效不佳。1周后,患者来我院全国肛肠医疗中心门诊就诊,拟诊为：＂肛管肿瘤性质待查＂;＂肛管脓肿＂,于2007年4月28日收入住院治疗。
