胰腺的发育及解剖异常与胰腺恶性肿瘤的关系

摘要 胰腺是人体内仅次于肝脏的第二大消化腺,位于上腹中部腹膜后,平对第1～2腰椎,从右向左分胰头、胰颈、胰体、胰尾4部分.胰头为十二指肠＂C＂形凹槽所包绕,胰尾直抵脾门,整个腺体横跨下腔静脉及腹主动脉.胰后有门静脉、肠系膜上动静脉、右肾静脉,周围尚与胃幽门、胆总管、肾脏、腹腔动脉及其分支等重要结构毗邻.
