摘要 消化系统肿瘤是常见的人类恶性肿瘤,目前研究认为抑癌基因启动子区域的异常甲基化与肿瘤的形成有关。在此综述APC、RASSF1A、WIF-13种抑癌基因启动子区域的异常甲基化与消化系统肿瘤的关系。 The digestive system tumor is very common amongst human malignant tumors.The recent research indicate that the aberrant promoter methylation plays an important role in the progression of tumor.This review summarizes the role of three suppressor genes APC,RASSF1A and WIF-1 and methylation in the carcinogenesis of digestive system.
