沙棘和银杏黄酮对沙棘油的抗氧化研究

The Antioxidation Effect of the Flavanoids from Hippophae and Ginkgo Biloba on Hippophae Oil

以相同添加量（０．０２％ ）的槲皮素、沙棘黄酮、银杏黄酮、ＢＨＴ对沙棘油进行了抗氧化研究。结果表明，槲皮素、沙棘黄酮、银杏黄酮都可作沙棘油的抗氧化剂。

The antioxygenic activity of quercetin,Hippophae flavonoid,Ginkgo flavonoid,and BHT on Hippophae oil was compared at given concentrations of 0.02%,it has been shown that the antioxidant efficiency of these four antioxyizers increases in the order hippophae flavonoid<ginkgo flavonoid<BHT<quercetin.It is suggested that BHT be substituted for hippophae flavonoid or ginkgo flavonoid as an antioxidant for hippophae oil.
