新辅助治疗对保乳手术的影响 被引量：1

摘要 最初只有炎性乳腺癌和不可手术的乳腺癌病例才考虑首先进行化学治疗或内分泌治疗,目的是希望能够降低乳腺癌分期而争取进行手术治疗的机会。现在越来越多的新辅助治疗在可手术乳腺癌患者中得到应用,目的是减小肿瘤体积,避免切除乳房，增加保乳治疗的机会。
