轮状病毒血症血清中干扰素-γ、肿瘤坏死因子-α与心肌损害的关系 被引量:18

摘要 目的探讨轮状病毒(RV)血症血清中干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)与心肌损害的关系。方法收集131例RV感染且其血清RV抗原阳性的患儿血清,其中心肌损害者89例,设为观察组;无心肌损害者42例,设为对照组。采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法,检测两组血清中IFN-γ、TNF-α浓度,比较两者差异。结果观察组血清中IFN-γ、TNF-α含量显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 IFN-γ、TNF-α在RV感染心肌损害的发生、发展中发挥重要作用,其确切机制尚需进一步探讨。 Objective To study the relationship between interferon-γ(IFN-γ),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and myocardial damage in serum of rotavirus(RV) viremia.Methods We collected 131 cases serum of infection with RV and RV antigen-positive in serum levels,which were 89 cases of myocardial injury,was set to the observation group;42 patients without myocardial damage,was set to the control group.We detected the concentration of IFN-γ and TNF-α in serum of the two groups by sandwich-enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),and compared the differences between the two groups.Results The levels of TNF-α and IFN-γ in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P〈0.01).Conclusion TNF-α and IFN-γ may play an important role in the development of RV which cause myocardial damage.And its exact mechanisms still need to be further clarified.
