胃泌素释放肽受体在鳞状细胞癌中的检测及临床意义 被引量:5

摘要 目的检测鳞状细胞癌(squamous cell carcinoma,SCC)中的胃泌素释放肽受体(gastrin releasing peptide receptor,GRPR)探讨其与SCC分化程度的关系。方法用免疫组化(SP)法检测10例正常皮肤组织及46例不同分化程度SCC中GRPR的表达。结果 SCC组中33例(71.74%)阳性表达,正常皮肤组织中3例(30.00%)阳性表达,两组间GRPR的表达差异有统计学意义(P=0.022);高、中、低分化组中阳性表达分别为14例(70.00%)、9例(75.00%)、10例(71.43%),不同分化程度SCC组间GRPR的表达差异无统计学意义(P=0.916)。结论 GRPR在SCC及正常皮肤中均有表达,但在SCC中的表达高于正常皮肤,其表达与SCC的侵袭性无相关性。 Objective To investigate the expression of GRPR (gastrin-releasing peptide recepter) in different grade of squamous cell carcinoma. Methods The expression of GRPR in 10 normal skin specimens and 46 SCC specimens was detected by immunohistochemistry (SP method). Results Thirty three (71.74%)of SCC specimens and 3 ( 30.00% ) of normal skin showed positive expression with significant differences ( P = 0.022). Of all positive SCC, 14 ( 70.00% ) were in well-differentiated group, 9 ( 75.00% ) in moderatelydifferentiated group, and 10(71.43% )in poorly-differentiated group. No significant differences among different degree of SCC were detected (P = 0. 916). Conclusion GRPR were expressed in both SCC and normal skin, but the expression of GRPR in SCC was higher than that in normal skin, and there were no significant relationship between the expression of GRPR and grade of SCC.
