摘要
患者男,50岁。鼻端、颈部、包皮、龟头和阴囊,出现红色皮疹,伴疼痛2月。皮肤科情况:鼻端环形水肿红斑,颈部单个红色丘疹;包皮、龟头和阴囊散在分布数个环状水肿性红斑。梅毒螺旋体血凝试验(TPHA)和快速血浆反应素试验(RPR)均(+)。诊断:二期梅毒。予苄星青霉素240万U分两侧臀部肌注,1次/周,3周后皮疹消退,疼痛和瘙痒症状消失。
We present a ease of a 50 years old male who developed painful edematous, annular erythema lesions on the nose. neck, tbreskin and scrotum for 2 months duration. Serologic tests RPR and TPHA both exhibit positive resuh. The ease was diagnosed as ＂seeondary syphilis＂. After three times of benzathine penicillin treatment, the skin lesions resolved, and the painful and itehy symptom disappeared.
