摘要
报告2例色素性痒疹。例1女,17岁。躯干出现皮疹伴瘙痒3月。例2男,23岁。胸背部出现皮疹伴瘙痒5年余。该2例患者皮损均表现为胸背部片状或网状红斑、丘疹及斑丘疹,瘙痒剧烈,皮疹反复发生,愈后遗留有明显的褐色网状色素沉着斑,皮损组织病理示色素性痒疹,用美满霉素治疗效果良好。
Two cases of prurigo pigmentosa are reported. Case 1 ,a 17-year-old female presented with a pruritie enlption on her trunk of 3 months duration. Case 2, a 23-year-old male with the chief complaint of eruption on his chest and back for more than 5 years. Skin lesions of both patients showed erythema, papules and maculopapules on their chest and back, which were confluent into lamellar or reticulate, itching intensely and recturring. The lesions resolved leaving a brown reticulate hyperpigmentation. Histological findings were both consistent with prurigo pigmentosa. Both patients were successfully treated with minocycline.
