Ⅱ期神经梅毒伴噬血细胞综合征1例
摘要
1 临床资料
患者男，79岁。1个半月前患者无明显诱因出现后枕部持续性钝痛，伴乏力，全身皮肤散在分布米粒至蚕豆大脓疮及褐色痂皮，阴茎水肿。口服止痛药（具体不详），无效。两次行头颅磁共振检查均未见异常。本科门诊以“贫血原因待查”收入院。发病前1年有冶游史。体检：双侧腹股沟可触及3个蚕豆大淋巴结，活动度可，质韧，表面光滑，余系统检查未见异常。
