一清胶囊联合盐酸多西环素胶囊治疗痤疮疗效观察

Effect Observation of YiQing Capsules Combined with Doxycycline Hydrochl-oride Capsule on Acne Vulgaris

目的评价一清胶囊联合盐酸多西环素胶囊治疗寻常性痤疮的疗效。方法将100例寻常性痤疮患者随机分为3组。联合治疗组34例,予盐酸多西环素胶囊100mg饭后服,2次/d,一清胶囊饭后口服2粒,3次/d,共21天;多西环素组34例,单纯口服多西环素;一清胶囊组32例,单纯口服一清胶囊,用法和用量均同联合治疗组。结果治疗结束后,联合治疗组、多西环素组及一清胶囊组的痊愈率分别为52.90%,35.30%和31.25%,有效率分别为94.10%,61.80%和59.38%。多西环素组及一清胶囊组的有效率均低于联合治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05),多西环素组与一清胶囊组有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。联合治疗组无明显不良反应。结论一清胶囊联合盐酸多西环素胶囊治疗寻常性痤疮有效,不良反应少。

Objective To investigate the effects of doxycycline hydrochloride capsules combined with YiQing capsules on ache vulgaris. Methods One handred cases of ache vulgaris were randomly divided into three groups： combination treatment group （34 cases）were treated with doxycycline hydrochloride capsules 100mg, 2 times/d and YiQing capsules 3 times after the food, for 21 days; doxycycline hydrochloride group （34 cases ）were treated with doxycycline hydrochloride capsules 100mg, 2times/d after the food for 21 days, Yiqing capsules group （32 cases） YiQing capsules 3 times/d, after the food for 21 days. Results The clinical cure rate of combination treatment group, doxycycline hydrochloride group, Yiqing capsules group were 52.90%, 35.30% ,31.25%, and the total effective rate were 94.10% ,61.80% ,59.38%. Total effectiveness of Doxycycline Hydrochloride group and Yiqing Capsules group were significant difference between combination treatment group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The Doxycycline Hydrochloride group and Yiqing Capsules group were no significant difference（ P 〉 0.05 ）. The combination treatment group without obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion YiQing Capsules combined with Doxycycline Hydrochloride capsules for the treatment of ache vulgaris effective, few side-effect.
