摘要
使用溶解剥离剂与酶解催化剂分步作用于一个体系的方法 ,获得了总含氮量为≥3‰的珍珠全成分水解液。经过检测 ,该水解液含有 18种氨基酸和 2 0多种无机元素 。
In order to make use of all intrinsic physiological and pharmacological constituents of the pearl,a hydrolytic method has been developed for full pearl solutionpreparation.The full pearl solution was prepared by applying a dissolve-stripping agent to the pearls at first,followed by addition of a ferment-catalyzing agent.Analytic results showed that the full pearl solution obtained contained 18 kinds of amino acid and 20 inorganic elements.
