532nm KTP脉冲激光照射后小鼠皮肤组织热休克蛋白70的表达 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨不同能量密度的激光照射后小鼠皮肤组织热休克蛋白HSP70的表达。方法以能量密度分别为0、3、6、9和12 J/cm2,脉宽为30 ms的单脉冲532 nm KTP激光照射小鼠背部皮肤,用免疫组织化学方法检测照射后3 h小鼠皮肤组织中HSP70的表达。结果激光照射后小鼠皮肤中HSP70表达增加;HSP70表达主要位于皮下75~150μm处。能量密度为6~9J/cm2的KTP激光照射时真皮层中HSP70表达增加最多。结论皮肤中热休克蛋白HSP70的表达可反映不同曝光剂量的单脉冲激光照射皮肤组织后的热损伤情况,本实验热休克蛋白表达为532 nm KTP脉冲激光治疗的能量密度参数提供依据。 Objective To investigate the heat shock protein 70(HSP70) expression in skin with different laser radiant exposures. Methods This study used single pulse of 532 nm KTP laser(0,3,6,9 and 12 J/cm2;30 ms) to irradiate the back skin of mice and HSP70 expression was measured by immunohistochemistry(IHC) after 3 hours. Results HSP70 expression in skin greatly increased after laser irradiation;The expression of HSP70 in dermis mainly located at 75-150 μm subcutaneously and the increase in expression was the largest with 6-9 J/cm2. Conclusions The expression of HSP70 in skin can be used to reflect the degree of thermal damage after different laser radiant exposures and this study also provides some theoretical basis for 532 nm KTP pulsed laser irradiation.
