心肺复苏过程中IL-8、S-100、神经元特异性烯醇酶的动态观察及研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察心肺复苏过程中血清白介素-8、S-100蛋白、神经元特异性烯醇酶水平的变化,并探讨其临床意义。方法选取收住笔者所在医院的心跳骤停、经心肺复苏抢救后的患者共30例,其中22例自主循环恢复(ROSC),8例经抢救未恢复ROSC。另外选20名健康志愿者做为对照。应用放射免疫测定法(RIA法)检测血清中IL-8、S-100蛋白和NSE的浓度。结果 ROSC未恢复组和对照组血清中的IL-8水平都很低,无显著差异,ROSC恢复组的IL-8水平明显高于这两组(P<0.01)。心脏骤停时,血清中S-100蛋白和NSE的浓度都高于健康对照组(P<0.01),且ROSC未恢复组远高于ROSC恢复组(P<0.01)。结论心脏骤停患者血清中的IL-8、S-100蛋白和NSE可作为心肺复苏成功与否的检测指标。
