摘要
目的探讨二维超声对甲状腺肿块临床诊断的符合率,为治疗提供依据。方法将经手术和(或)超声引导下穿刺活检并经病理诊断或细胞学检查结果确诊的240例患者做为本次研究对象,采用ATLHDI5000,探头频率10MHz彩色超声诊断仪进行检查,并对甲状腺肿块的形态、边界、包膜、内部回声进行观察、记录、分析。结果不同类型甲状腺肿块的诊断符合率为90.9。结论二维超声对甲状腺肿块性质鉴别具有相当重要的作用,对临床治疗起到积极的指导作用。
Objective To evaluate the coincidence of two-dimensional ultrasound in clinical diagnosis of thyroid nodules.Methods 240 patients diagnosed by surgery Or puncturation and biopsy guided ultrasound and pathological or cytology diagnosis were object of this study.All were checked using chromatic colour diasonography ATLHDI 5000,with probe frequency 10MHz.The shape,border,capsule,internal echoes of thyroid nodules were observed,recorded and analyzed.Results The diagnosis coincidence rate of different types of thyroid nodules was 90.9%.Conclusion There is a very important role for two-dimensional ultrasound in character identification of differential thyroid nodules.
