摘要
ERP系统已经成为现代企业的运行模式，企业通过实施ERP收到了良好的成效，提高了管理水平，改善了业务流程，增强了企业竞争力。但另一方面，企业及其相关人士对ERP还存在相当程度的认识与使用上的障碍，一定程度上影响了ERP的发展和应用。由此，本文对ERP在企业中应用现状、问题及相应对策作出了分析和研究。
ERP system have become a modem enterprise running mode,the enterprise through the implementation of ERP has received good results,improving the management level,improve business processes, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.On the other hand,the enterprise and its stakeholders on the ERP is also a considerable degree understanding and use of barriers,to some extent affected the development and application of ERP.Thus,this paper in the enterprise ERP applications status,issues and analysis and research.
