摘要
本文以当前电子商务的普及应用为出发点,重点分析了制约电子商务发展的消费心理因素,并有针对性的给出了消除消费者担扰心理的应对措施与应对机制。
In this paper, the current popularity of e-commerce application as a starting point, focusing on analysis of the constraints of psychological factors in consumer e-commerce development,and targeted consumers,fearing that given the elimination of psychological responses and coping mechanisms.
