摘要
本文针对目前社会各项服务、管理事业对计算机网络可靠性的充分需求展开了如何提升计算机网络可靠性的策略探讨，从硬件、软件可靠性设计及应用等层面进行了系统分析，对切实提升计算机网络系统的可靠运行水平有重要的实践意义。
In this paper,the current social services,computer network reliability management business needs to start a full strategy on how to improve the reliability of the computer network from hardware,software reliability and other aspects of design and application of a systematic analysis,effective and reliable computer network system to enhance the operational level has important practical significance.
