摘要
三网融合的实现已经离人们的生活越来越近，但安全问题成为制约其发挥最大优势的瓶颈之一。本文针对网络安全隐患和信息内容安全隐患进行了分析，提出了健全立法、统一管理和加大自主创新等解决安全问题的建议。
