在随着“黄蓝”战略的实施，东营港油码头的建设，对大口径流量需求日益增加，根据流量检定站管理的需要成功开发出“流量计检定信息系统”，实现了流量计检定数据采集、报告数据处理及证书出具、管理部门审批和发放报告到各受检单位查询等全流程网络化管理。建立流量计检定数据、证书管理信息数据库，为石油储运、销售等管理部门提供了实时查询，检定数据的高效利用服务。

With the ＂yellow-blue＂ strategy, the construction of Dongying Gangyou port,on the increasing demand for large-diameter flow, according to the needs of traffic management testing station successfully developed a ＂flowmeter test information system＂ to achieve a flow meter test data acquisition,data processing reports and certificates issued,management approval and issuance of reports to the inspected unit inquiry so the whole process and network management. Establishment of flowmeter test data,certificate management information database, for oil storage and transportation,marketing management provides real-time information,test data,the efficient use of services.
