中职计算机机房是中职计算机专业课程教学的实践基地，计算机机房管理的好与坏将直接影响计算机专业课程实践教学的质量，规范机房管理成为中职学校计算机机房管理必须面对的问题。因此，本文引入企业管理中的“7S”管理模式在机房管理中的实践应用，强调精细化管理，改善传统机房管理模式，更好地保障计算机专业课程实践教学的开展。

Computer room is a practice base for computer major courses teaching,computer room management good or bad will directly affect on the computer major courses quality of practice teaching,room management specifications of the school computer room management must face issues.Therefore,this paper introduction of a corporate management ＂7S＂ management mode＇s practices application in the computer room management,emphasized meticulous management,improve the traditional room management,to better protection the carried out of computer course practice teaching.
