小肠淋巴管瘤致肠梗阻一例 被引量：8

摘要 患者女，28岁。因“反复腹痛、便血20余天”于2010年6月入院。入院20d前无诱因出现中上腹疼痛，伴恶心、呕吐，呕吐物为进食食物，解鲜红色血便，血与粪便相混，2～3次／d，无畏冷、发热。曾就诊我院，腹部x线片提示不全肠梗阻；血常规示白细胞16．5×10^9／L，中性粒细胞0．89；
