高分辨率熔解曲线分析及其在基因诊断中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 高分辨率熔解曲线分析(high-resolution melting analysis,HRM)是近年来新兴的一种核酸序列分析技术.相较于传统的基因检测技术,HRM不仅据有极高的特异性和理想的灵敏度,而且能够完成高通量样品检测并实现真正无污染的闭管操作,因此逐渐成为现代医学研究与基因诊断的首选技术.目前,HRM在基因突变扫描,基因分型,序列匹配以及甲基化分析等各项领域中都有极高的应用价值.本文就HRM的特点及其在医学研究及基因诊断中的应用做一综述.
