Coronary Artery Anomalous and Clinical Significance——Anomalous Course,Termination,Structure and Hypoplastic of Coronary Artery

原发性冠状动脉解剖异常较为少见,大部分冠状动脉解剖异常是良性的,但有一部分异常可以导致心肌缺血或者猝死等。由于无创检查手段的广泛应用,特别是多层螺旋CT的成功应用,冠状动脉解剖异常的报道日益增多。本文就近年来关于冠状动脉走行异常、终止异常、结构异常以及发育不良等作一综述,以便更加深入地认识及了解。

Primary coronary artery anomalies are rare.Many of these anomalies are benign,but a small number are associated with myocardial ischemia and sudden death.It＇s reported more and more since noninvasive computed tomography application in coronary artery recently.So we summarized recent references,which about coronary artery course anomalies,termination anomalies,structure anomalies and coronary hypoplastic,to make physician knowing how to diagnose and treat it.
