降解纤维素嗜热真菌的筛选与分子鉴定 被引量:3

摘要 为获得有强降解纤维素能力的嗜热真菌,以羧甲基纤维素钠培养基为基础培养基,从温泉中初筛获得23株透明水解圈较大的降解纤维素的嗜热真菌.经过液体发酵复筛得到12株降解能力较强的优良菌株.通过18S rDNA序列分析,对之中的7株嗜热真菌进行分子鉴定,结果表明,7株嗜热真菌分别属于曲霉属、枝孢霉属和毛孢酵母属. To obtain effective cellulose decomposing fungi, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose was used as media to isolate and screen. Twenty three thermophilic cellulolytic fungi strains were isolated from hot spring, indicated by large and distinct red circles around the colonies in Congo red agar medium. Twelve strains of fungi which had better capacity to decompose cellulose and hemicellulose were obtained through determinations of enzyme activity using liquid fermentation. Seven thermophilic fungi strains were identified by 18S rDNA sequencing analysis.
