摘要
目的调查1 256例女性人群人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染状况,为预防HPV感染和宫颈癌防治提供理论依据。方法采用导流杂交基因芯片技术对福州地区1 256例女性阴道分泌物进行HPV检查,分析HPV感染情况及其亚型分布。结果 1 256例患者中共检出HPV阳性者396例,感染率为31.53%,其中高危亚型313例,感染率为25.16%,低危亚型149例,感染率为11.86%。在HPV感染者中检出率较高的HPV高危型有16型(8.76%),58型(5.49%),52型(5.25%);低危型有6型(4.14%),11型(3.58%)。各年龄组(≤24岁、25-34岁、35-44岁、45-54岁、≥55岁)人群中HPV感染率分别为45.92%(45/98)、28.68%(117/408)、29.08%(139/478)、33.79%(74/219)和39.62%(21/53),≤24岁年龄组HPV感染率最高(χ2=14.392,P〈0.05)。结论在福州地区1 256例女性人群中,各年龄段均有较高的感染率,其中≤24岁年龄组HPV感染率最高,达45.92%;HPV感染的常见型别为HPV 16、58、52、6和11。
Objective To survey the status of human papilloma virus(HPV) among 1 256 women,and to provide theoretical basis for preventing and treating uterine cervical cancer.Methods The status of HPV infection in 1 256 patients admitted from May,2008 to March,2010 was examined by flow through hybridization and gene chip technique.The various subtypes of HPV were compared and analyzed.Results Among the 1 256 patients,396 cases were infected with HPV(31.53%).Among the 21 subtypes of HPV,13 subtypes were associated with high risk types of HPV with a positive rate of 25.16%.The positive rate of low risk types of HPV was 11.86%.Of all the subtypes,subtype HPV 16(8.76%) ranked first,followed by subtypes HPV 58(5.49%),HPV 52(5.25%),HPV 6(4.14%) and HPV 11(3.58%).For different age groups(≤24 yrs,25~34 yrs,35~44 yrs,45~54 yrs,≥55 yrs),the age-specific prevalence of HPV was: 45.92%(45/98),28.68%(117/408),29.08%(139/478),33.79%(74/219),and 39.62%(21/53),respectively,and the prevalence rate in the group of 24 yrs old and below was higher than that in other groups(χ2=14.392,P〈0.05).Conclusion There is a high prevalence of HPV infection among the 1256 women and the prevalence rate in the range of 24 years old and below is the highest.The most prevalent HPV genotypes in the 1256 women of Fuzhou area are HPV 16,58,52,6,11.
