摘要
感染性心内膜炎是心内膜表面或心脏假体材料感染细菌引起的。80％以上病例的致病细菌为金黄色葡萄球菌或链球菌、肠球菌的亚类。虽然感染性心内膜炎的总发病率保持相对稳定，但近年来，其流行病学发生了明显变化，更多患者的感染性心内膜炎与人工瓣膜及院内获得性感染有关。
