摘要
开发了一种刷镀铁液的配方，分析了刷镀液中各种添加剂的种类和浓度对镀层质量的影响，结果表明，优化后获得镀层最大厚度达１ ｍｍ ，硬度在ＨＲＣ４０ ～５０ 之间，结合力、抗氧化性良好。
The paper's aim is to develop the prescription of solution in Brush Plate Fe. The influence on the qualities of surface of the type of additive and its density of concentration is studied emphatically, The result shows that the deposit has a maximum thickness of 1 mm and hardness is between HRC40～50. Adhesion and oxidation resistance is good.
