摘要
针对高锰钢堆焊及补焊,设计、试制了EDMn - A- 16 高锰钢堆焊焊条,并且对焊条的工艺性能及使用性能进行了测试研究。该焊条采用CaO—CaF2 —SiO2 碱性低氢型渣系,具有熔渣氧化性低,熔敷金属的硫、磷含量低,含氢量也很低等优点。测试结果表明:焊条的工艺性能良好,工艺适应性强,熔敷金属抗热裂性好,加工硬化后硬度是原来的三倍多,加工硬化效果显著。
EDMn-A-16 high manganese steel surfacing electrode is designed and trial-produced in accordance with high manganese steel surfacing weld and repair weld, the electrode's technological property and applying property is tested and researched. Using CaO-CaF 2-SiO 2 alkali low hydrogen slag system has many advantages such as low oxidizing slag system, few sulfur, phosphorus and hydrogen in weld metal,The result shows that the electrode's technological property and technological applicability is good .The heat crack trend is very low .The hardness of deposition metal is more than three times after work hardening , work hardening effect is very obvious and wear resistance is good .
