摘要
粒细胞集落刺激因子(granulocyte colony-stimulating factor,G-CSF)是一种造血生长因子,可促进造血干细胞的增殖、分化及生存,在临床上广泛应用于治疗粒细胞减少症。近来越来越多的实验表明,G-CSF对神经系统具有明显的保护作用。文章阐述了G-CSF的神经保护作用机制。
Granulocyte colony-stimulating factor(G-CSF)was identified as a hematogoietic growth factor.It promotes the survival,proliferation,and differentiation of hematopoietic progenitor cells.G-CSF is widely employed for treatment of neutropenia.Recently,more and more experimental results have shown that G-CSF has a role in protection of the nervous system.This review focuses on the neuroprotective properties of G-CSF.
