摘要 骨形态发生蛋白(BMPs)是一类属于转化生长因子-β超家族的多功能生长因子,具有诱导骨、软骨组织再生的能力。BMPs通过信号传导通路,引起靶基因的转录和表达。BMPs的生物学活性受多个水平的调控。本文着重就BMPs的信号传导通路及相关负性调控的研究进行综述。 Bone morphogenetic proteins(BMPs) are multifunctional cytokines belonging to the transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)super-family.BMPs play key roles on the regeneration of bone and cartilage.BMPs regulate the transcription and expression of target genes by BMPs signaling pathway.A variety of processes modulate BMP activity.This review will focus on the BMPs signal pathway and related negative regulation.
