p53在黑素细胞和黑素瘤代谢中的作用

摘要 p53是重要的肿瘤抑制基因,本文结合p53蛋白的结构和功能,对于近年来有关p53在表皮黑素细胞和黑色素代谢中的作用,以及皮肤恶性黑素瘤(cutaneous malignant melanoma,CMM)中p53和p53通路相关蛋白的改变对黑素瘤发生发展影响的研究现状进行综述。
