简述了一种大型球墨铸铁件风电调速器行星架生产过程中出现的缩孔(松)缺陷的原铸造工艺生产状态,分析其形成缩孔缩松缺陷的成因;介绍消除该类缩孔缩松缺陷所采用的几种主要工艺方法和措施:浇注系统的优化设计、冒口系统的改进、冷铁的优化设置、浇注工艺的改进等措施;使所生产的大型球墨铸铁件风电调速器行星架有效地消除了缩孔缩松缺陷。
The article resumes one kind of casting technique about the defects of porosity and shrinks during the productive process of the planet frame of wind power governor of large nodular iron castings,analyzes the causes of the defects,introduces some main techniques and measures to remove the defects,such as optimal designs of feed system,improvements of riser system,optimal setups of cold iron and improvements of feed technique,etc.
