摘要 进行了连轧钢管机组热工具材质和使用寿命的研究。高铬镍合金钢经稀土变质处理后,采用580摄氏度实效5 h的热处理工艺,从奥氏体中析出细小弥散的小颗粒二次碳化物,提高了合金的综合力学性能,从而延长了导板的使用寿命。 Hot rolling steel units were material and service life of tools.High Cr-Ni alloy after modification by the earth,580 degrees C using practical 5 h heat treatment process,the precipitation from the austenite small particles of the dispersed secondary carbides improve the mechanical properties of the alloy,thus extending the life of the guides.
