摘要
钢球成型机是利用机械振动的原理将模具内的型砂加压振动密实,在上模具的浇口处形成一层厚度为15 mm的覆砂层,以防止上模具的浇口在铸造时熔化。目前,此工序由操作人员手工完成,工人的劳动强度大,生产效率低,不能满足批量生产的要求。本文建立了成型机激振器的振动模型,并对振动模型进行了分析。设计了钢球模具浇口成型机的机械结构及液压工作系统。
At present the ball molding machine is operated on the principle of mechanical vibration,a layer in the thickness of 10~15 mm wrapping sand layer is formed by molding pressure around runner pattern in order to prevent the runner from melting during pouring.This process is done by an operator manually with large labor intensity and low production efficiency that cannot satisfy the mass production requirements.This paper designed the mechanical structure and hydraulic system for a ball mold runner molding machine,established vibration model of the molding machine vibrator and analyzed the working principle of vibration model.
