摘要
基于某企业加热炉温度控制的特点和技术要求,针对原控制系统中存在的问题进行了调整和完善。重点在于以PLC为核心,采用PID算法对温度控制系统做了进一步的优化设计和改进,大大减小系统的超调和稳态误差,同时也提高了产品质量,减轻了人工劳力负担,更实用、易行和可靠,具有一定的推广应用价值。
Based on the characteristics and technical requirements of temperature control in an enterprise,the original control system problems have been adjusted and improved.Focusing on using of PLC-PID algorithm as the core temperature control system,a further optimization on the design and improvement were conducted.The method can reduce the system overshoot and steady-state error,while improving product quality and reduce the burden of manual labor.It is more practical,easy and reliable with application value.
