摘要
以6 mm厚2219铝合金板材为研究对象,在搅拌摩擦焊焊缝上表面,沿垂直于搅拌摩擦焊方向,进行变极性等离子弧对接立焊,获得十字交叉焊缝。重点研究了搅拌摩擦焊热输入量对交叉焊缝气孔敏感性的影响。结果表明,随着搅拌摩擦焊热输入量的提高,焊缝中气孔数目减少。该研究为后续交叉焊缝气孔产生机理和解决方案的研究奠定了基础。
The variable polarity plasma arc welding (VPPAW) to friction stir welding (FSW) intersection weld of 2219 aluminum alloy with 6mm thickness was obtained.The effects of heat input of FSW on the porosities of intersection were studied.The results show that the porosities can be decreased by increasing the FSW heat input,which lays a foundation for further researches on the mechanism and methods to eliminate porosities in intersection weld.
