摘要
介绍了采用ARM开发板实现的脉冲MIG焊主要功能,包括:时序控制、数字PWM的产生、中断保护及恒电流闭环控制功能。与通常采用的PID调节不同,文中提出以最优控制理论中的开关控制(Bang-Bang控制)实时控制焊接工艺参数的方法。试验结果表明:程序运行可靠,控制灵活,各主要功能均能实现。电流闭环控制能快速准确地实现对焊接电流的调控,其算法满足系统实时控制的要求。
A current control method based on ARM unit for pulsed metal inert-gas welding was introduced,which can have some proper functions such as timing sequence control,generation of digital PWM,interrupt protection and closed loop control of constant current.Com- pared with the common PID method,switch control (bang-bang control) of welding current was adopted in accordance with optimal control theory.The experiment result shows that the procedure operates reliably,and every major function can be achieved.Current closed loop can respond fleetly and control welding current accurately,and the algorithm can meet the demand of real time control system.
