摘要
根据钨极氩弧焊工艺特点,整理钨极氩弧焊工艺方法特有的相关知识,采用数据库技术来建立知识库,设计了钨极氩弧焊工艺设计专家系统。工艺设计模块部分采用以正向推理为主,模糊推理为辅,人机交互的方式,基于知识和规则设计出具有专家水平的工艺指导书。此系统设计了可动态更新维护的知识库和数据库,系统在用户的不断更新和维护的过程中也增加了系统的实用性。
Based on the characteristics of tungsten inert-gas (TIG) welding,a lot of unique knowledge about TIG welding was collected.An expert system of welding procedure designment was developed by using database technology to create knowledge base.The part of procedure designment,which can design welding procedure specifications with expert level,adopts human-computer interaction method based mainly on forward-based reasoning and supplemented by fuzzy reasoning.The system was designed to dynamically update and maintain the knowledge base and database,meanwhile,the practicality of the developed expert system will also be improved with being continuously updated and maintained by users.
