摘要
通过模拟锭杆一锭底的工况,对几种经不同表面处理GCr15钢进行了摩擦磨损试验.试验表明,经离子注入、离子渗碳、化学镀镍磷处理之后,GCr15钢的耐磨性比淬火状态提高一倍以上.
According to imitate the work situation about the spindle pole and the spindle bottom, several situations about the different surface treatment of GCrlS steel wear an tear are tested. The experiment shows that after use ion to inject the surface of GCrlS steel or let ion permeate carbon or use chemistry method to plate Ni or P, the wear - resisting of the GCrlS steel will raise one time than steel temper by dipping in water.
