摘要
通过牌号为5000s的高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)与较高相对分子质量高密度聚乙烯共混,研究了共混物及其纤维的性能.结果表明,共混物的流动性能变差,共混物纤维的强度由6.21 cN/dtex提高到8.8cN/dtex,共混有效地改善了纤维的力学性能.
The blends are made through blending normal - molecular - weight high density polyethylene ( HDPE -5000s) with high - molecular- weight HDPE. After that, the properties of the blends and the fibers made from this system are studied. The results show that the flow properties of blends get worse, the strength of fiber rises from 6.21 cN/dtex to 8.8 cN/dtex which implies 41.7% improving.
