摘要
目的:研究不同孔径大小对磷酸钙陶瓷骨诱导性的影响。方法:经过工艺改良制备出大孔孔径可控的骨诱导性磷酸钙陶瓷。对不同孔径的磷酸钙陶瓷诱导异位骨形成的时间分布和骨量进行了确切的比较和分析。结果:在本实验条件下,200~400μm相对于600~800μm和1000~1200μm的孔径,最有利于骨诱导现象的发生,600~800μm次之,1000~1200μm最差。结论:大孔孔径对磷酸钙陶瓷骨诱导性有显著影响。本实验为高骨诱导性的陶瓷材料的优化设计和研发提供依据,同时也为骨诱导现象相关机理研究提供实验基础。
Objective:To investigate the effect of macroporous size on the osteoinductivity of calcium phosphate ceramics.Methods:3 kinds of calcium phosphate ceramics with different macro-porous sizes were implanted in dorsal muscles of dog for different time lengths.The initial time and quantity of induced new bone in calcium phosphate ceramics were analyzed and compared.Results:It was indicated that the calcium phosphate ceramics with macro-porous size of 200-400 μm have the best osteoinductivity,compared with calcium phosphate ceramics with macro-porous size of 600-800 and 1000-1200μm.Conclusion:There were significant differences in osteoinduction of calcium phosphate ceramics with different macroporous sizes.The paper provided the experimental evidence not only for the mechanism of osteoinduction by calcium phosphate ceramics,but also for optimization of the calcium phosphate ceramics with high osteoinductivity.
