新洁尔灭调拌消毒法对藻酸盐印模材料尺寸稳定性的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究藻酸盐印模材料与4种不同浓度新洁尔灭消毒液调拌对印模尺寸稳定性的影响。方法:用0.05%、0.10%、0.15%、0.20%新洁尔灭消毒液调拌藻酸盐印模材作实验样本,以蒸馏水调拌相同材料制取印模做对照,分别制取15组试件印模。用超硬石膏灌模,60min后脱模,石膏模型静置2h后,用高精度数显游标卡尺测量石膏模型,进行统计学分析。结果:实验组模型与对照组模型尺寸稳定性无显著性变化,4组实验组间比较,亦无统计学上的显著性差异。结论:0.05%、0.10%、0.15%、0.20%新洁尔灭消毒液调拌藻酸盐印模材不影响印模精度,0.20%新洁尔灭可作为临床上印模常规消毒方法。 Objective:To evaluate the effect of disinfection on three-dimensional accuracy of alginate impression material mixed with 4 different concentrations of bromogeramine.Methods:15 groups of alginate impression material of the test were mixed with 0.05%,0.10%,0.15%,0.20% bromogeramine respectively,and samples of one group were mixed with distilled water acting as the matched control.Super hard plaster was used for molding and was casted for 60 mins.The dimensional signs of the casts were measured with electronic caliper after 2 hours.The experiment data was analyzed statistically.Results:There was no significant difference in accuracy of impressions between the study groups and control group.No significant difference was showed among groups using 0.05%,0.1%,0.15%,0.2% bromogeramine.Conclusion:The disinfection method of mixing alginate impression material with 0.05%,0.1%,0.15%,0.2% bromogeramine directly does not affect impression accuracy and 0.2% bromogeramine can be used as impression disinfection clinically.
