Application of Case-based Learning in Oral Medicine during Preclinical Stage

病例导入式教学是以一系列典型临床病例作为引导,学生在这些模拟临床医疗实践的场景中,合理运用已掌握的理论知识分析临床病例,逐步学会临床思维模式,为将来真正走上临床工作岗位打好基础。本文分析了在口腔黏膜病学实习教学中,采用这种新模式与传统教学模式相比所具有的优势,探讨了推行病例导入式教学方法的关键环节,并列举了一个典型临床病例作为范例。

Case-based learning is an important method to distill the basic knowledge learned in textbooks and lectures and apply it in typical cases.Case-based learning can promote students＇ self-directed learning,clinical reasoning,clinical problem solving,and decision making.In this article,we compared the advantages of case-based learning and traditional teaching mode,discussed the key features of case-based learning,and presented a typical case as an example.
