This paper describes the impact of Deleuze＇s philosophy on the thinking of contemporary architects, architectural design methods and the trends of new architecture. ＂Diagram＂ , ＂Rhizome＂ , ＂Fold＂ , ＂Nomadology＂ - those main ideas are the most important part of Deleuze＇s philosophy and reflect the reality of the world profoundly. Further more, those ideas have so diagrammatic and maneuverability in some extent that they have deep influence on contemporary architecture design, generation mode, creative thinking of architects and so on. This article made a profound analysis on the contemporary architects and their architectural works, which deeply effected by Deleuze＇s philosophy. The purpose of the paper is to elaborate the important role of Deleuze＇s philosophy on contemporary innovations in physical and spatial forms of architecture and provide a new perspective for understanding architectural design in- depth.
