石墨电极成品检验数据采集系统开发应用

Development and application of inspection and data acquisition system for graphite electrode products

石墨电极成品检验数据采集系统采用Visual Basic6.0编程语言开发。本系统根据成品电极电阻率测试装置采集到的电动势值自动计算其电阻率值,并将该电极的电阻率、质量、长度和半径等各项物理参数信息保存在MSSQL数据库中。系统能够根据采集到的石墨电极数据信息打印产品合格证,对石墨电极生产的质量分析、工艺改进和用户服务等都具有积极指导作用。

The inspection and data acquisition system for the graphite electrode products was designed with Visual Basic6.0.The system can auto-calculate the electrode resistivity using the EMF value which was collected with the electrode resistivity testing equipment.The electrode resistivity,quality,length and radius were stored in the MSSQL database.The system can print the certificate according to the data acquisition information.It has a positive role in the quality of graphite electrodes,technology improvement and customer service.
